George Vausher, LLM, CPA, is a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Law by the California Bar Board of Legal Specialization and is focused primarily on assisting clients with personal financial matters concerning their business organizations, tax, estates, trusts, contracts, asset protection, property ownership, and like matters.  Mr. Vausher has extensive expertise in handling complex business issues, including shareholders, partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, contracts, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and like matters. Mr. Vausher has earned the respect of the professional community and is a frequent speaker with professional groups on the topics of tax, trusts, and business issues.
