Lynne Bolduc with FitzGerald Yap Kreditor LLP will Attend the 145th National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) Conference in Fall 2018

FitzGerald Yap Kreditor Partner, Lynne Bolduc, will be attending the National Investment Banking Association (“NIBA”) Conference in New York City in November 2018. It will be the 145th NIBA Conference, held at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel on October 31st and November 1st. Lynne is a member of the Board of Directors of NIBA.
The purpose of the NIBA Conference is to showcase up-and-coming companies, both public and private, that are seeking to build relationships with investment bankers and other financial industry professionals.
The NIBA Conference is frequently attended by private equity groups, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, venture capital groups, and other financial professionals. Lynne Bolduc is an Orange County business attorney with more than 25 years of professional experience. As a corporate and securities lawyer, she has represented the interests of organizations both large and small. Domestic and international clients have been able to successfully complete complex business transactions thanks to Lynne’s insight, negotiation skills, and legal acumen.
The majority of Lynne’s legal work is focused in the finance arena, where she provides legal advice and services to companies seeking to raise money for the growth and expansion of their businesses. Lynne also helps new start-ups and organizations chose an appropriate business structure and counsels them on the multitude of issues involved with setting up a new business, including employment issues, intellectual property, and real estate.

This year’s NIBA Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel. The morning sessions on November 1, 2018, will feature initial ten-minute overview presentations by presenting companies. The afternoon sessions will provide the opportunity for attendees to fully engage interested parties, allowing time for in-depth question and answers via scheduled one-on-one meetings. The NIBA Conference will also include informational panels and speakers, a welcome reception on October 31, 2018, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and a closing reception.
