On August 28, 2020, Harbor Custom Development announced the pricing of its initial public offering at $6 per share.  A total of 2,031,705 shares of common stock were sold for gross proceeds of $12.2 million.  The Company’s stock began trading on NASDAQ with the ticker symbol “HCDI” on August 28, 2020.  The IPO closed on September 1, 2020 with ThinkEquity and Aegis Capital acting as co-managing underwriters for the offering.
