On June 11, 2021, Harbor Custom Development closed on the sale of 1,200,000 shares of Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock at $25.00 per share with 4,140,000 attached Warrants to purchase shares of Common Stock for gross proceeds of $30 million. ThinkEquity was the underwriter of the PPO. The FYK team also represented Harbor Custom Development in its initial public offering (IPO) of $12.2 million which closed on September 1, 2020, and its follow-on public offering (FPO) of $27.6 million which closed on January 15 and 20, 2021.
