  • Eric Dean has joined FYK as a partner. Eric is a highly experienced attorney whose practice is focused on servicing the Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate and Secured Lending Industries throughout California. As a former general counsel who was raised in a family in the development and construction industry Eric understands both the business and legal aspects of the industries he services.

  • Maria M. Rullo has joined FYK as Of Counsel starting January 2017. As a well-respected and sought after litigation attorney, Maria is recognized for her achievements in the legal industry for over 38 years while practicing in Southern California. Maria also specializes in transactional matters including 15 years as General Counsel.

  • On June 7, 2017, Calvin Yap, a transactional business and real estate attorney, spoke before the AmeriTrade Conference on the proper entity for real estate investors and professionals

  • Andrew Do, a partner in FYK, now serves as an Orange County Supervisor. Andrew is fighting for Orange County taxpayers and working families in the First District communities of Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Midway City, Santa Ana and Westminster. In his first year on the Orange County Board of Supervisors, Andrew Do has increased funding for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and expanded access to vital health care services for seniors and working families. He has cut taxes on small businesses, eliminated regulatory obstacles that impede innovation and defended Prop. 13 by expanding OC taxpayers’ rights to appeal their property tax bills.

  • George Vausher, who is both a CPA and certified by the California State Bar as an Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Lawyer, will be giving a presentation on August 15, 2017 at a seminar in Santa Ana, CA sponsored by the National Business Institute. George will be speaking and providing insight on the challenging parts of contract negotiations, specifically liquidated damages, limitations on filing of claims, indemnity, and warranties.
